Monday Life Drawing
Monday Life Drawing provides an opportunity for the public to participate in life drawing sessions. Two sessions are available, morning and afternoon. There is no instruction. Chairs and boards are provided for drawing. The participants are to provide their own paper and mark-making materials (i.e., graphite, conte, pastel, ink and wash, watercolour). Please note that oil or acrylic paint is not permitted in the Hall.
Time: Morning: 10 am – 12 pm short poses, afternoon: 1 pm - 3 pm sustained pose(s). Doors open at 9:40 am. The doors are locked at 9:55 am so session can start at 10 am sharp.
Price: Full day (4 hours): members $20; public $25.
Half day (2 hours, morning or afternoon): members $12; public $15.
On-line registration, payment and cancellation:
Please register online and pay in advance to secure your space. There are a limited number of spaces available and this will ensure your space is held. Please email [email protected] if you require assistance in cancelling your registration.
Hall set-up: A centre stage is set-up where the model is located during the session. Staff will set up the model stage and grey fabric chairs. Help with putting out the black chairs and boards, is appreciated.
