Heliconian Hall, located in Toronto’s vibrant Yorkville neighbourhood, is an intimate space that is capable of hosting a wide variety of events. The Hall’s vaulted ceilings provide impressive natural acoustics, making it a popular location for music concerts, recordings, theatrical auditions, dance presentations, creative workshops, book launches and literary readings.

• Building capacity: 120 persons max, 104 for events with sit-down tables, 91 for any event serving alcohol
• Main hall with configurable chairs/tables plus permanent benches along the walls, boardroom with large oak table and movable bar
• Kitchen with separate catering entrance, multi-burner stove, two ovens, microwave, large fridge, freezer
• Large washrooms on lower level, barrier-free single washroom on main level
• Barrier-free ramp to main level behind building
• Permanent stage lights with individual control, sound mixer with speakers, movable podium with mic 
• Steinway Model B piano

• Large brick fireplace available for cosy ambiance, furnace with smart control, air conditioning 
• A staff member will be onsite during your booking

While priority is given to arts-based rentals, the facility can also be rented for weddings, corporate events, board meetings and networking events. 
 
Although there is no on-site parking available for your guests, the Hall is close to public transit (Bay subway station is 3 blocks south of us) and there are several paid parking garages nearby. We can accommodate pre-arranged deliveries in our gated driveway.
