---Join fellow Heliconians in an excursion to the
Varley Art Gallery in Unionville on Thursday, January
21. Cars will depart from Heliconian Hall at 10
a.m. A guided tour of the gallery to see a special
exhibition of the works of noted French Canadian
artists will be followed by lunch in a nearby restaurant.
--- To complete the day, Sheila Maki has invited
participants to join her for a tour of her studio.

Night Fundraiser
SCOTS, WHA HAE
---With that cry, Robert Burns called the Scots
to battle and to victory. At the non violent Heliconian
Club, it’s a call to celebrate the famed Scottish
poet by attending the Burns Night dinner
--Chef Dawn Potts and her friends have devised an
intriguing menu, including the ubiquitous haggis,
while impresario Barbara Fris and her friends have
planned an entertaining program of poetry, song
and humour.
--This is a club fund raiser and guests are welcome.
